Kaye J. Nelson and Marshall K. Stagg, Guest Speakers

KAYE J. NELSON is a CPA and has been with Landerholm, P.S. for over 29 years. Kaye’s practice emphasizes tax planning and tax preparation for individuals, trusts, and estates; administration of estates and trusts; and analysis of estate planning and business options. She is a member of the Southwest Washington Estate Planning Council and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. Kaye earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Linfield College and her Master’s Degree from Portland State University.

MARSHALL K. STAGG is an associate attorney with Landerholm, P.S. and he focuses his practice in the areas of taxation, business formations and transactions, and estate planning. Marshall advises clients on federal and state tax issues related to individuals, business entities, trusts, and estates. In addition, he represents taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service and Washington Department of Revenue. He received his B.B.A. from Walla Walla University, his J.D. from the University of Houston, and his LL.M. (taxation) from the University of Washington. Marshall is also a Washington licensed CPA.
